Fenway Park Gluten-Free Guide (2024)

If you’re looking for the best gluten-free food in Fenway Park you’ve come to the right place! In the sections below I’ll show you exactly where to go in the stadium.

That way you can sit back and enjoy a burger on a gluten-free bun, while watching one of America’s oldest sporting events.

Baseball stadium food has come a long way. When I was a kid most places only offered warm hotdogs and stale cracker jacks. But let me tell you, times have changed!

This is good news if you follow a gluten-free diet, because there are plenty of options at Fenway Park. The key is knowing where to look.

Most concession stands all look the same – which means the safe places to eat are easy to miss.

Gate A Concourse

Go to the Gate A food stand for the best gluten-free food at Fenway Park. They sell hamburgers, cheeseburgers, and hotdogs on gluten-free buns.

You can also get a kale Caesar wrap, garden salad, fruit salad, and peanuts. Fenway park even has gluten-free beer, along with hard seltzer, Coca-Cola products, and bottled water.

Sam Deck

I’ve also been told you can get gluten-free buns at the Sam Deck. This area overlooks Fenway Park from left field, and features a concession stand and full bar.

This outdoor venue is located on the fourth level of the ballpark. In addition to some delicious GF food, you can also enjoy a soft seating lounge area and fixed standing room bar tables.

Finding Gluten-Free Food at Fenway

That’s pretty much it when it comes to gluten-free food at Fenway. If you’re keeping tabs, that means there are two areas you’ll want to scope out when entering the ballpark.

The easiest way to find these locations is by entering Gate A (where Brookline Avenue meets Jersey Street) or Gate B (on Van Ness Street).

You can quickly walk to the Sam Deck from Gate B

The good news is these two gluten-free concession stands are on opposite sides of the ballpark. So if you’re seating on one side, you can at least get to one of these food stands.

Plus, Fenway is known to be a smaller baseball stadium – which means less time walking and more time eating!
